Keep em unless they vibrate so much you have 2 rave spirolgraphs. In that case, replace mirrors and heavier bar ends.

I put ZX10R mirrors on my RSVR and felt far safer to be able to see directly behind me. Oh yeah, I got flamed plenty.

A lot of sportbike mirrors are next to useless, so I can see how some riders would hold that kind of attitude toward mirrors.

To each his/her own. People ride helmet-less and gear-less too. Personal choice.

I took them off for the track and HATED how my situational awareness was halved. That was in a regulated, controlled environment. On the streets? Forget about it, mirrors are essential.

Does this happen in a car too? If so, please use public transportation.

I use my mirrors all the time! They are essential for me.

Be able to see behind/beside to see if it's safe to change lanes without having to take your eye fully off the vehicle in front of you? I think yes!

Considering that we are in the Safety Corner, I definitely agree on keeping them. I don't know if I will be able to ride without them, I am constantly checking my mirrors.

I prefer CRG bar-ends. Use them constantly moving through traffic. Very strange taking them off for the track.
