Ride in the rain. Pop that rain cherry. The more you uderstand your bike, and how it behaves ( and traffic) in wet/ snow weather, the bigger advantage you have. Today's tires, and technology, you can near achieve the same lean angle, the issue is allowing yourself TIME, and very smooth input, and positioning.

Take your bike to a parking lot and practice panic braking. Knowing how quickly your bike can stop and how easily the rear can lock up is a great advantage.
