i've heard of people who dont like lowering the bike because it throws the handling off so instead of lowering it, they've shaved the seat down a bit. got an extra inch or two out of it that somewhat helped. and yes at lights or stops your going to have to lean one side of your body over to be able to hold yourself up

go to this site ... you can put your height in and basically look at how you would virtually fit on the bike. Was pretty realistic I used it when I was looking.
