Alpinestars GP R jacket
Ok, so i'm a bigger guy 5'7 255lbs, just got this jacket, picked up a size 60 which is pretty snug but still fits, i've been on a diet kick and have been trying to get healthy and back in shape...anyways, to my point, are alpinestars generally a snug jacket? should i opt to go and get a 62 or what are some other folks opinions, the jacket fits good except it's snug in the belly area and i've been on average dropping 3-4lbs a week..what's everyones thoughts.

alpinestars, dainese, are European brands so yes they tend to fit "snug" compared to american brands. The jacket wont stretched too much, but if you find that the jacket is snug now you may want to purchase a larger jacket. and yes i would def suggest going up a size, especially if you might want to fit a back protector and/chest protector underneath one day down the road
But then that could change depend on how much weight youre going to lose, idk how old or anything you are. but just go with whatever you honestly think has a higher chance of happening. |

lol thanks for the input, I think with the weight drop going on I'll hang onto it, in the last couple months I've dropped nearly 20lbs just making a lifestyle change. I'd hate to buy a bigger size and then have the jacket be to big, my goal is to get down to about 200 which is feasible.
