Lol.... In general I really dislike having to work at all. I think I'll just stay home until the paychecks stop coming in and then file for the gooberment to send me cash money and food credit. Then I'll sell the lone star cards and start to build my empire of laziness while all the new illegals "contribute" in some unseen fashion to help support us 'mericans on gooberment benefits and social security.

Those beaners think they're entitled to $10 hr.
Tried to get a few and that was their price. Do they know minimum wage is 7.25?

Too lazy to do the work yourself or you don't have their skill set?

Were you a part of this?

Yep, u guessed correctly. I was too lazy to do the work myself.
Hard physical labor is a skill I do not posses.

Nope, I wasn't a part of it that ring but perhaps my distant x 100 cousins from China were.

If ur not documented, ur not entitled to minimum wage, imo.

I should mention; being responsible for 55,000 miles worth of pipelines in the US means I get called in to work at odd hours, in odd locations, and I make ZERO overtime for this . Headed home from work this morning and I get a call for problems on the Seaway Crude Pipeline, time to do what I do and get this back up and flowing oil!

Executive Admins that ambush you with conference calls in open spots on your calendar.

that schedule conference calls on Friday after 12pm

All day meetings held hostage by "working lunch"

Those special people who CC the world and Reply all to every e-mail

Work trips that require you to be in another city Monday Morning

Work trips where you flight home is after 4pm on a Friday

You cannot tell dirty jokes at work since 1996... HR bullshit

Managing baby attorneys while we prepare for a big trial.

Like herding cats.

Not really that bad though just super annoying because I'm trying to juggle a dozen different things and they stop me to ask the stupidest fcking questions.

Death stare engage.

I work from home a lot and I hate it when I have one beer too many and people try to call me about serious issues. "Why are you giggling," they ask.

Pros: Cheap pastries
Cons: Nothing fits anymore

Seriously....

Pros: Helping people get their stuff back, interviewing criminals and build bigger cases.
Cons: tons of paperwork. Ungrateful people. Having to notify people they bought stolen property and taking it from them. People who fart in the interview room...lol

My only complaint is working on projects with deadlines and everyone turns their part in at the last minute. AND I'm the one responsible to put it all together and deliver the final. If we blow the deadline then everyone's like "hey, I turned my part in on time".

I also run reports like a mad man, usually takes all day on Fridays.

I had to do the same recently.

That's why you're good for a leadership position and he isn't.
