Shoulder Pain....

I had a orthopedic surgeon look at my shoulder as I have been having alot of pain there for the past few months.

He says its probably impingement of the rotator cuff...

Get an MRI, that will give you a better idea of what is actually going on.

yes i have , based on some of your threads i take it you have been working out, one of the most undertrain muscle, and over looked is the shoulder, proper technique and will reassure you dont pull your shoulder working out or doin everyday tasks ill fund some links for you, i pulled mine bad a few months ago ever since i started doin the shoulder excersizes it has helped greatly, a few of the workouts dont make you bulk up but strengthens your shoulders

oh and i waisted 50 bucks at the dr, by him telling me to use motrin and ice it for a few days , wait for the pain to go away before it started working out again.

I have similar pain in my shoulder. Don't recall doing anything but it started hurting about 5 weeks ago. It was just before a round of travel for work so I was hoping it would heal by the time I got back but it didn't. Went to chiropractor 3 times she thinks I injured the portion of my bicep that attaches to the scapula. She is referring me to an orthopedic doctor to take a look with an MRI.

Switch up hands every now and then. Repeated meat tenderizing tends to wear the rotor cuff out.

I'm just saying.

I was going to a chiro for my back for a while and had him look at my shoulder for chronic pain while he was at it. He said it didn't look too bad.

Well I had a chest xray recently when i had bronchitis and the doctor an I had a WTF look on our faces. She asked me if I ever remembered breaking my collar bone, it was broken who knows how long ago anf refused at a strange angle, you can see it looking at it know that I know how it is. That puts the shoulder in a funny angle and is the reason it pops in and out of socket randomly and grinds real bad.

Would have to rebreak and reset the collar bone to fix. I declined...

I recently pulled a muscle in my lower back...I was lifting a 45lb disc to put on the leg press machine and felt a pull on my back. Darn thing hurts as heck... rest .. rest.. & Bio freeze. My doctor said most back pains are because of continuous wrong posture especially when you sleep or when you wake up. anyways..

hope you heal up quick Bob..
