Thats your excuse? You're incapable of properly operating a motorcycle for 20 minute intervals?

Hahahaha.........I am feeling just fine. The only thing that hurts on me is my ribcage. Forgetting to disconnect the ejection seat on the bike, getting launched off and landing flat on your ribs will do that though!!!

aaaaahhh. Yea. That happens the first TD or two. Even Larry Myers said "if you have the proper body position, your legs will be screaming. Don't worry after a track day or two your body will adapt. Its why a lot of pros (bi)cycle."

Swim.......it helps to prepare your body.

Riding a bicycle every now and then helps too.

Advil and Icy Hot go a long way.
