Ordered from KneeDraggers.com

And I am not impressed. I placed the order Saturday and it ships out on Wednesday for 2 products that were shown in stock. Really? I can understand not shipping out til Monday cause obviously UPS is closed those days, but not shipping them out til Wednesday evening? There isn't really an excuse for that. I need my toe sliders for this weekend dammit!

It's too late to cancel my order since it has shipped. Last night when I was at Sunny's I was kicking myself cause he had a set on the rack. The magnesium ones too just like I ordered. I called him and he's gonna bring them to the track Saturday. Whatever though, $20 isn't worth destroying my boots. I discovered this weekend my toe sliders are literally history. Another track day and I will be tearing up the boots.

It seems when I need something and I order it I find it the next few days locally, and when I need something and am looking for it locally, I can never find it and have to order it online.

How often do you ship?
Every weekday. We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if the items are in stock, and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.

seems like they should have shipped monday. i would call and see what they say.

That they do. They have tons of products and tons of info on all their products with a very nice website. I figured I'd give them a shot.

I guess I will call them in the morning and tell them I want a refund. Chances are the are gonna make me pay to ship that back so I'll be out more money than it's worth. I would deny the package but I am not home when UPS delivers and they just leave the stuff at my door.

Pick your feet up. You won't need toe sliders.

werd? i may just do that. UPS is getting gay as well. I called today about a package that was being delivered today just asking if they could contact the driver and ask him to leave it on my patio since I wouldn't be home in time to get it from the office. They told me sorry, we can't do that, that's his discretion whether he wants to leave it or not. WTF? I have called multiple times and sent messages to the driver to either leave a package in a particular place, or let a certain neighbor sign for it, or meet in town to get the package and it has never been a problem. I have always been called back from the distribution center or the driver himself within an hour or so. compaines and their sucking. I am calling Sunny from now on before I buy anything, I order online sometimes just to save me the time of having to drive over there but if it means I can always trust I will get what I need when I need it then I will drive over there everytime.

Always go local when you can. But I've ordered from KneeDraggers before and they were pretty fast. Keep in mind, summer is around the corner and I'm sure they're swamped.
