I like not hearing the AC or the heater running. All i hear is change dropping into the power company's till.

Im all about it being cold enough to not need the AC, and when it is actually cold, its all about blankets, sweats and scavenged firewood.

I had to do it. Even though it was only like 73' outside it was 10' warmer in the house. WTF is up with that!

I turned it on and then I said, "**** YOU!" and punched myself in the face.

Windows? I thought all Texans painted theirs shut.

I love opening my windows. It lets the stale/recycled air exchange, but I don't live in Pasedena or Texas City. If I did I wouldn't open my windows. Regardless of the utility bills.

Might be all the electronics we run. I know the plasmas put off a fair bit of heat all by themselves.

personally i hate being cold. I'd rather run the ac in the heat than see another day in the 30's.

Besides, its high time for the ladies around town to unleash the sweater kittens into summer skimpy clothes. Damned poofy jackets are killing me.

my windows suck - they're super-fancy high-dollar windows that open up or down and flip and such. None of them work for . Well, the ones that do work have no screens and my indoor cat would escape.

otherwise I'm with you.
