So if you rape a man with a gun, not being a man with the gun, but raping a man, raping with a gun, with gloves on, not being a man with gloves on and not raping with gloves, but with gloves on, but not on said man being raped with a gun not having a gun, but said man with gun and gloves, said gloves not being used to punch a man, but not punching the man raping said man being raped, then no. Unless it's at night and the value of said gloves, being gloves for raping, exceeds a value of $2500, then punching is not to exceed $2500 nor the value of the man being punched or raped.

I think the law is quite clear on this.

It's all on the internet and will only take a few minutes to read.
eh I'll just bury them in the back yard. too much hassle to call the cops give statements go to the police station etc. Plus dead people make great fertilizer.

there was a case in baytown not too long ago where a man called 911 reporting a burglary in progress of his NEIGHBORS property, saw the thieves begin to make an escape and chased after and shot (and i think he killed one) with a shotgun, all recorded on 911 call, and i believe he was acquitted.

so not only can you defend, to the death, your property, in texas, but you can also defend to the death your neighbors property so long as the burglary is indeed occuring.
