Yes! I'm selling my big bike because I have way more fun on the little bike and it's way cheaper.

Right on thank you for the info! I am looking in building a XR/CRF 100 sm for the track. Hopefully racing next season with Texas Mini GP. How does the grom compare with the XR/CRF 100's?

100ís have a hard time hanging with the Groms. These dudes have them tricked out to a T.

CRF-100ís are dirt cheap. If you are not looking to podium each race, much more fun riding a underdog bike! Ha

xr/crf100's can be completive and are completive just not with the stock displacement, there one of the more popular bikes on the grid

the groms that are out there are not tricked out, most have very little mods if any at all

What do you all think of the kawasaki version, z125 I think it is called, does it offer anything better over the grom off the showroom floor, like suspension maybe for example

Has a little more mid range but that's about it. Grom is better in pretty much every way

just got a grom and can't decide if i should keep it or sell and get a big track bike again. With membership to the katy track, you can go out there any day, any time there isn't an event? With the Grom, racing TMGP are you able to do a fair amount of races on race weekends?

yes, the katy membership allows you to go on any day there is not an event from sunrise to sunset

With TMGP you can race the grom in endurance & in several sprint races
