I hope there successful. There is not enough big rig tow trucks to stop them in dc alone I bet.

That would help them out. They intended to slow 495 down. Let them close it. They can just move to 95, or 270 and create a slowdown there, instead.

15 gives police cause to stop them and issue citations. At 55, they are totally legal, and still running 30 MPH below normal cruising speed there; closer to 50 MPH slower than politicians/foreign dignitaries.
