Anyone Ever Buy a Bike From Crashed Toys/Copart

I've been looking into this but I'd like to hear if anyone here has experienced buying an auction bike or knew someone who had.

I've bought one off of crashed toys. It ended up being a whole lot more work than I anticipated and I wouldve been upside-down if I were to fix it completely then sell it for what it's actually worth, so I let it go for what I paid for it

Kind of even except for the hassle. Thanks for your input, Gix.

Check some of your local impound yards and see if they hold public auctions. One of my 1st builds was an 03' GSXR600 that I bought for $75 at one of these public auctions. I didn't need a dealer license either. I use to go to the big impound yard in Pasadena off of Red Bluff and the other big impound in Southeast Houston off of Old Galveston Road between Shaver and Edgebrook.
