i watched this a few days ago on my phone, but just now gave it a good re-watch on my pc, and the thing is immaculate. i love what he did with the engine and frame. this is resto-mod done best.

What a beast! I loved every bit of that build!

That's exactly what I would love to do eventually. Just buy old bikes and build them into awesome machines again!

Funny all three of mine were 1988 models. Two Blue and one Grey. Other year models are all red. The 88's are the faster ones, LOL.

That looks to be a decent original one, so not too bad on the price, but it would sell better if he cleaned it up. Original, but higher mileage and not spotless like his go for around $2500.

I saw a red one last month go for $2,800 on CL. Cleaner than this and less mileage too.

I've been telling his son for at least a couple of years I'd buy it if he was asking a little more reasonable price. He's pretty solid on that amount, lol. At least get some steel wool on the surface rust and put some wax on the bike.
