My neighbor is a pretty chill guy, Tmax helped me with 2 homes in the past and I don't hesitate to use my neighbor in his absence.

We live out in Needville but I know he's traveled to The Woodlands and beyond for repeat clients and those serious about buying. He hates tire kickers so a little finicky to work with when someone says "I want to buy a house but I don't know what, where, or if I can even afford one." If you have an idea what you want in terms of location, sqft, rooms, yard size, etc. he'll find it and bust his for you.

Don't remember if the cell number I have is his personal or business so I'll clear it with him tomorrow before I PM it. Other than that you can look him up on HAR or email him directly

My wife is a realtor. Generally the buyers agent (your agent if you are buying) will receive 3% commission paid by the seller (not you). My wife will give some of that back to you after closing to put in your pocket or to use towards your closing costs.

PM me if your interested.
