It's not the worst, but I definitely notice it.

All back together and ready for some testing before I wrap it up and start working on wiring lights in.

If so and you need a front end let me know. This one is rebuilt with new bushings and such (legs could stand to be re-chromed) and only has about 5 laps of my back yard on it. Also have the 8" wheels that still need paint and the new tubes and tires I put on them. Haven't ordered a 10" rear wheel and tire just yet, but if someone was interested in the 8" setup I've got I'd be willing to sell them.
Yes, I will get with you when I get into the project

Got a little more done this weekend... I got the kickstand extended as well as the rear brake linkage, then promptly lost the little pedal-linkage connector pin that is apparently not available to order anymore. Also got the rest of the hardware I needed (I think) to get the 10" rear wheel installed.

So a lot has happened with my mini bike over the past couple of weeks...

I finally got the flooded engine running again, and got my kill switch installed so I don't have to stall the engine to shut the bike off.

I then fabricated a new rear brake linkage pin so I didn't have to rely on a few loops of safety wire to hold it together.

I didn't like the 10" rear wheel, so I put on a 12" rear and reworked the swing arm reinforcement.

I had bent up the cheap sheet metal pegs, so I replaced them with more robust cast aluminum pegs.

I promptly broke one of them and bent the mount.

Replaced it with another aluminum peg, and broke the mount, so I fixed the mount for good.

I sold the ZB50 to a guy a few states away last year, actually. Was happy to see the bike going into the hands of a true mini bike nut who was doing to do the bike justice.

I've still got the big 'tard but need to clean up the carb and getting back registered and legal to ride again.. lol

If you're bored with it, I am thinking of starting a "Home for Under-loved Motorcycles", where they can come stay with me and roam freely in my yard.

I think I have 8 minis in my garage, probably 5 of them are in different states of dis-repair. What I need to do is just buy like 3 SSR motors and slap them in them. I think I am done with them at this point, maybe I should sell some. I still have those two motors you sold me as well.

Took me a long time, but I'm finally down to just two 50's in the garage now..

I've come to realize it really is quality over quantity, and by quality my only standards are it bein rideable
