Hope all is well with the rider, and hope it's not stolen...that's odd.

Based on the minor accessory upgrades combined with the lack of general maintenance and massively sun-baked plastics on the bars, I'm going with LEO owned bait bike. Someone go walk it down the road and confirm for me, please.

How is a street view from a year ago helpful to that question?

The question about the bike being parked there every day because the bike owner works nearby? Think about place, not time, and get back to me

Why not just call it into the local PD? Could be stolen and the owner could be looking for it. Maybe the owner was a dumb dumb and left the key in the ignition and it broke down and the theif walked off. I would just call it in. If you think it's moving leave a penny on the tire and check it the next day.

I'm not to keen on this sort of thing, what exactly does that mean? Fake plate? Issued but not registered?
