I'm riding CoTA the 27th with a buddy because it's his first track day, but I have way more fun riding MSRC Cresson 1.7 .

There are two level 1 classes. 1.0 for first time track day attendees and 1.5 for all other level 1 attendees. It's possible you went to the 1.0 class. All level 1 riders are on track at the same time.

I was there on Sunday. Be there again June 3rd and possibly again on June 30th level 2
I am talking about the numbered large black covered canopy spaces that are all together. Near the bathrooms. You have always had to reserve as long as I have been going. $30 for the weekend. There are about 20 spaces I think with electricity.

My first track day was probably 2013 or 2014 and that has always been the case. So before it was just first come first served in those spots?

Hi all.

Here's my understanding of how that works (at least since February last year when I started doing this):

You reserve a canopy by going to the MSRH website and paying $30. When you do so, you have a specific canopy assigned to you. Each canopy can have up to 6 bikes (if I remember correctly).

The way I've seen people doing, usually one guy/group pays that fee, and shares the space with other riders. I'm guessing there are riders who just show up there and put their bikes in whichever canopy has room, but that, of course, is kind of rude.

Last time I was out there, I paid for the canopy and shared with other riders who wanted to join my "Beyond the Track at the track" initiative. I may be doing the same thing again on June 3rd.

My 0.02 cents.

Lol.. Well.. I suppose I was taking advantage since I never paid.. Nor did I think you had to.. They also have no place on the website to pay that I know of.. Same thing when I was doing track days there 10 years ago..

Ditto. Granted, like others here, it's been a few years, and the last time I was there was with FastLine, but it was never even mentioned that a 'reservation' was required. Everyone just showed up, off-loaded, and set-up shop. How does one go about 'reserving' them?

I was there Sat. Had a great time. It was my 4th track day ever but my 1st at MSRH. Everyone was very friendly and willing to share. I was very pleased with myself as far as performance. I hope to be back June 3rd or the 30th.

Sorry I don't post much on here but i was there on Saturday L1. Was in the classroom with Randy for what they call Level 1.5. It was my 4th track day over the years but my 1st one at MSRH. I actually thought the track would be boring but it was great. I was also very pleased with my performance. I've been watching plenty of videos on YouTube. I spoke with quite a few Lol and everyone seemed to be very friendly and willing to share. I hope to be there June 3rd or the 30th. Also, how do you jnow when You're ready for L2
