I had the tint issue a couple of cars ago. My regular guy turned it down and said if I had come in with the windows down he probably wouldn't have noticed, but since he had already seen it I was SOL. I went to another place with my windows down and it passed....just sayin'.

Why not? I don't think operable windows are a requirement for a "safety" inspection.

Pulled fuse plus I do somebody there but not that inspector
The question why a model 15 years truck Windows didn't work, lol

I have an issue on a 96 Miata, ECU reads not ready even after hundreds of miles and proper drive cycles. Even tried a spare ECU and no dice, not ready o2 egr and catilyst
