I'm a cereal man. I usually have a bowl of Raisin Bran, Corn Chex, or Rice Chex. It's quick and easy and has some nutritional value to it. Somedays I will have oatmeal and toast. I do like bacon and eggs once in awhile also. Cheese blinztes with strawberries at IHOP is my favorite breakfast though.
