Bike inspection

Asking for a friend.
Where do you guys recommend taking a custom cafe-racer to get it inspected to get registered?
Also, what is mandatory to make it pass inspection?
The friend is located in Spring btw.

If he is in Spring he can go to the Harley dealership on I45 at rayford. In my experience they are really cool and won't give you a hard time. Also, Cycle Shack on i45 in conroe. Bill is on this forum and they are great guys as well.

Any shop that does car inspections can do a bike inspection. Motos are safety only so most places you honk the horn and work the lights and your good as long as you have proof of insurance.
