Fairing fiberglass repair/painting folks around?

Have a track bike that needs some fiberglass repairs and painting. Anyone know of a good shop or individual that might be interested? All comments welcome.

Why is it so hard to get standard paint to bond to fiberglass? I've had shops quote me double the normal amount when it came to fiberglass painting in the past.

It's not that it's that much harder it's more the cost of the paint
