Who Will Win Laguna? Rossi or the World?

Once again Valentino Rossi is sitting on top of the MotoGP points. He just notched his 100th GP win, and doesn't appear to be slowing. He's returning to Laguna Seca this week, a venue where he has been less than dominating over the years, but had a convincing win in 2008. Can he be stopped? If so, who is going to do it?

I don't think anyone will be able to touch him again. I'm hoping Colin podiums as well.

Anyone know when/what channel the race will be broadcast. One site shows Fox Sports. Couldn't find anything at Fox Sports.

get off mah nuts!!!!!

I am praying Colin can pull one outta his this week!!!!
My ideal top three would be Colin then Rossi followed by Hayden with Stoner crashing out when he loops it on the start and snaps the clutch lever!!!!

However, Rossi will probably take it

Didn't his "convincing win" include an illegal pass in the corkscrew?

Ima say that CEII will win or at least podium this race. He sure did seem like he had a handle on the bike at Donnington which is notoriously tough to set up for. Last year he had tire and setup problems which kept his finish at Laguna at bay... now he's happy with the tires and looks like he got the setup for Donnington so maybe it will all come together and the stars will align for a WIN!

Did you catch him on Wind Tunnel on Sunday night? Typical Colin the Clown. But I felt a little sorry for him 'cause Dave Despain's questions were mostly about Toseland and Rossi: "So how is that wall working?" and "What makes Rossi so great?" Blah, blah, blah. Still a good time, though.

No, I don't watch that show because of the attention he gives to NECKCAR. In order to get to the good stuff (F1, Moto racing) you have to listen to all the redneck drivel first and throughout.

I do like interviews with Colin though, he's such a "shoot from the hip" interview!

actually it wasn't an illegal pass.....he didn't go offroading to gain a position, he had already gained the position prior to going offroad.
