+1 with the impact hammer. Also a sharp chisle and hammer may knock them loose.

There is some probability that it was assembled with red loctite. You might consider applying heat with a torch on your next attempt to remove it.

Beat me to it... that or green, which pretty much requires heat to release.

dremel with small cutoff wheel, make a slot for screwdriver, apply heat, remove.

Problem is getting the bike anywhere, I have a truck and straps but right now the thing won't make it 30 miles without overheating on me

Take a small punch and hit the heads of the bolts hard to jar the threads, take the dremel you have and cut a slot into the heads , remove with a big flathead.

Next time you come across hard to remove bolts before stripping them or breaking a bit, hit them with a punch and hammer to jar them. Works everytime.

weld a bolt top of the stripped bolt that usually works. Cant you just unplug it and take it take it where ever. If you want I can do it, no charge, I'm no pro though

Well, good news is I have a friend with a truck who will cart the bike for me once he gets in running again (should be soon) and if we can find a ramp. But we still have to get his truck running and find a ramp.

We were working on doing that, but to get to it you have to take half the bike apart and lift the tank out of the way. So we did all that, got the wires unplugged, but we couldn't pull it out. It was still stuck on something we could see or get to very easily. I think it was getting late at that point. But I'm thinking that if I don't find a truck in the next week or so then I may try to get at this again.

If you guys need a ride to get it fixed, let me know.. I am in town the next couple days so PM. Have truck (tall, we'll have to lift it) or a trailer that we can use.

Yeah, no joke, right?

I still need to find a weekend where I can get a truck to tow me out to Tomball or someone who can meet up to remove the bolts. Shouldn't be long now though...hopefully..
