tire size question

A friend of mine just gave a me a couple of pairs of hardly used Dunlop NTEC radial slicks med compound with like 10 laps each if that.

The thing is that they are 125/80RX17 front and 195/65RX17rear. Could these be used on a 600rr? I have always used 190 slicks on my bike and was unsure if these would throw the bike off. I sure would love to be able o use these but not if they will mess things up.

I have read of others using them on a 600, just not sure.

yes you can run them. just make sure your geometry/suspension is properly setup to handle the tire...

dunlops are VERY sensative to tire pressure and bike setup....if one of those are off, your tire WILL tear like crazy and you can ruin them in 1 session.

Cool, just making sure they wouldnt be too large.

So as far as setup goes, what do you recommend? Is there anyting in particular or just take it to the suspension guys at the track?
