$13K? They don't even give you the Brembos.

That's what I'm thinking. $13K is too much for a bolt-on bike that has had it's neck wrung for every minute of it's life.

I know that the parts are expensive but when you build you should never think you're going to get back what you put into a project.

Price just seems kinds steep for a well-used (thrashed) racebike.

I think they are way over priced. Only 3 KIT bolt on parts and not even cams. Our '07 Endurance bike had more stuff on it.

Dynojet Quickshifter: $350.00
Left and Right Attack Case Guards: 280.00
Attack rear sets: 440.00
Attack handlebars/clamps: 225.00
Ohlins fork internals: 1,700.00
Ohlins shock: 1,400.00
Ohlins steering damper: 670.00
Dash SS brake lines: 130.00
Attack lift mounts: 140.00
Leo Vince full Ti exhaust: 2,200.00

2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R MSRP (in 2008) $9,000.00

So, you could buy a brand new motorcycle with zero miles and then buy all of the parts that come on this bike BRAND NEW for:

$16,535.00

or, for $3500 less you could get this one, used and ragged out.

(I didn't include the tires, brake pads or oil because those are disposable parts. You could actually make money by selling off your stock parts that you replace with these aftermarket items, so in reality the gap would me MUCH closer)

I doubt the motor is worn out. From the looks of it they pulled the race motors and replaced it with a stock one.
