girl, I know how the money goes. Just got back this week from Iowa(spent a ton of dough while there). Take your time and just save up. It will come together soon enough. Colorado is a beautiful state.

Yeah. Plus I don't want to paint over the original parts, just replace them. Then I can have "Two" bikes. That takes a little more money than paint.

I'm proud of her. She did most of the work. I had to rework the hangar for the exhaust due to the one that was on there had broken at the weld where it attached to the pipe. It's solid now. I think it looks d^mn good now.

I was checking out the vinyl thread you had the other day and I've going to actually look into buying some to change up the Ninja some. Not the whole bike but just the lower fairing and tail sections.

I watched the installation videos the site had and man, some parts need two people helping you wrap those pieces. No way will I wrap the tank on the Ninja. Too many curves.

I think that would look nice also. Maybe powder coat it.

Technically we will be entering New Mexico on the 40 through Tucumcari. My reunion is in Los Alamos (Through the National Forest) We are going to ride up to Trinidad, CO and over to Durango, south through Red Mesa/Farmington and into Los Alamos the back way. Should be lots of elevation changes, switchbacks and cool weather!

IF by PC you mean photo chop - No... But I can pull it off, rough it up, hit it with some high heat black rattle can and it will match the new cover and exhaust! (Only not till after the trip! I'm sick of sanding!)

Looks really good, I'd def hit the sissy bar with some black. . .hmm if you hit the air intakes with flat black and left the yamaha orange it'd look pretty IMO. Good work!!!!

Powdercoat woman!
I'm about to paint my plastics (w Krylon) too. I painted my exhaust guard already. Justine has the nerve to tell me after I hand sand that she has a sander. You're welcome to it.

Yeah... No. Maybe at work tomorrow night. My internet is not adept enough to make that Google Map not drag 1000 extra miles accidentally onto it.

Maybe?
