The storys you don't want to hear

Hey Guys im at work and its slow so I just want to hear some story about you laying your back over so I can learn what not to do lol.

Me: I had my bike for about 2 months when I was on Limecreek road up in Austin (the guys that ride in Austin know what Im talking about) and I laid my bike down doing about 55 going into the corner. Lots of mistakes were made first of all I was on a rode never been on before late at night. Another mistake going into the corner low instead of high never will do that one again. Not only that after laying it down I saw the sign telling cars to take it at 5 mph and me being a ok rider not great was not good taking it a 55 defently when you take it from the bottom up. I ended up sliding to the top and nose dived off the road. But to this day still one of my favorite roads to ride.

Lime Creek Road is fun but those cars keep spitting the gravel in the corners!

And if you wanna keep from laying your bike down, don't ride it. :P

Bought my bike back in December of '03 and 3 weeks after I got it, I was hit by a drunk driver on HWY 59 and Gessner. Bike slid quite away and I tumbled down the freeway. Drunk driver ran on foot and the van was stolen Yipee.. lol

Then about 3 weeks ago, I looped my bike in 2nd gear and ruined most of my plasitcs. Other than that.. nothing but hard riding and and tons of fun.

20th ann. gsxr 750

lol carlos your great man...Yea i had my bike for about 1month..didnt take anybodys advise no msf and got a gsxr750 as my 1rst real street bike...Although i have been racing dirt bikes and shifter carts for years. I had a cb100 when i was like 13 had it for 2 years so i guess i had alot more exp then most but yea not enough.

Anyways i had her for about 1 month and was going from 45n to 610west its a 2 lane corner and i was going about 100mph went into the corner and the car in front of me hit the breaks and the car beside me sped up so there was no where for me to go. I locked up the back break and high sided (it was either that or rear end a car) I flew off the bike and my sholder cought the wall (lucky me that was at least a 50ft drop onto another freeway) i slid forever and ever agianst the wall the bike hit me 3-4 times i rolled a little bit and yea....My helmet was cracked and i had very very minor road rash on my back, side and knee.. I layed there for about 1min w/o moving and lucky me i had my buddy behind me in a truck and another buddy (2swanga) on a bike they blocked traffic so i didint get ran over. The guy in the truck made sure i was somewhat ok and he picked up my bike i got my but up and hoped back on....

I tore a ligiment in my sholder and knee but other then that i was ok a little while with some shock treatment and some pain killers and i was great.

Bike got some trashed fairings and bent subframe. (o well) I still ride her just like that.

Man that was long.

my second bike (cbr 600) , I was in the feeder road of 45, across the street from Cycle Gear, and an old cager ran a red light and hit me...at least he had insurance.

Second time, with the ninja, riding hard on Honea Egypt I lowsided hard going 60...broke the left collarbone and almost every plastic and radiator got busted.

third, adn the most painful yet, going 15 and braking for a red light, lowsided in such a way that my right foot got twisted 180 degrees and snapped both bones ins the lower leg.... ankle was hanging....kinda creepy.
