i think i would be the sort of a-hole that would inquire about the item for sale just to see if i could capitalize on the sellers incompetence, which is why i refrain from such actions, although i am looking for a track bike

We will assume this was a stray typo.

We might also assume that this is an example of a fat-fingered keystroke.

Maybe the guy has dyslexia. Maybe he has dyslexia, and texts like he talks. Some people are like that. (granted we can tell this is text/l33t speak here)

My brother has been an engineer for almost 20 years, and is well versed in speaking proper English, mathematics, structural/integrity values (and whatever else goes along with high end engineering needs.) But my brother cant "REED/RITE TOO GUUD." he has a severe dyslexia case.

I have learned to ignore HOW something is said, but look at WHAT is being said. I CAN understand it being a pet peeve, it could be quite annoying, if one is not used to seeing this.

So he bought a 1000RR and all his riding consists of the trip to work 2 blocks away? WTF?

Well honestly a 1000RR does sound better than a 600RR bouncing off the rev limiter for those two blocks.
