unless you get caught in full leathers like he said. and if some dumbass wrecks his/her car so bad it has all lanes block your gonna cook. even if you ride the shoulder its still fkn hot. if your moving its not bad. but with a bike that is running 220 degrees between your legs it does make it almost unbearable. i personally have both leather and mesh jackets. and i will not go anywhere with that leather one again after what happened friday.

I'll ride in 100+ in full leather. I don't like the weather to dictate whether I can ride or not.

All these posts about its not too hot... Yet, I think I only saw 2 sportbikes on the road this weekend. Lots of cruisers though...

I'm not from around here so I'm still not adapted to all the heat.... right now my A/C is broken in my 4-wheeled vehicle so not a whole lot of difference between driving it and riding... Houston is

its too hot, but im willing to ride in the heat. i went out today to run some errands , and the bike temp was 227. i deff need to change my fluids. a/c is for *****s, i never use it when in the truck, only when im ridin 2-3 deep. just keep windows down and keep movin

I don't think there's a certain magic temperature for me. The key for me is just to keep moving. I hate sitting in the heat. I won't sit at stoplights for long, I'd rather take a few extra turns just to be able to keep moving. I usually keep a few bottles of water with me, too.
