Honda cbr 600- batteryy issue-vibration

I just bought a 2005 cbr it has alot of vibration in the throttle handle bar(clipon) which causes my hand alot of discomfort even with gloves need to know what it could be, also when I park the bike after riding around on a hot day the tempature sets there and climbs it always been my personal preference to let the fan run until it shuts off I have done this with every bike I owned, with the cbr the battery is almost dead after only two or three minutes, so what charge should I see on these with my voltmeter im going to get the battery tested now.

You can get heavy bar ends. It'll help with vibrations. I have a set for sale. Check classify section

The cbr will run the fan automatically when you turn off the bike till it cools off that is normal.

Should see 13.2 or so if the bike is charging. I'd load test the battery and make sure you don't have a weak or dead cell. For the vibrations, get some lead shot and epoxy. Pour the lead shot in the bar, followed by the epoxy and that will reduce most of it. Good luck.

Really? That's funny. I have a 2009 ABS model and the fan shuts off when I turn off the bike

If you do it every time you ride it's hard on the battery

I think there is some confusion. Most of our bikes are the same. The fan will remain on when you turn the bike off if you do not turn the key off and just kill the engine with the stop switch.

+1 on the epoxy in the bar
