I have a question on the second vid ... should the rider that hit the rider pay for the damages he or she cause or give some money to the rider that he or she hit

Would that be a nice thing to do? Yes

Is he obligated to? Nope

rider #2 was definitely at fault....doesn't mean sh*t though. It's an "open playground" out there...nobody owes anything monetarily, but an apology would most definitely be in order...and one would hope he would take some financial responsibility.

The story about video 2 was reported as the guy who caused the crash tried to deny he was at fault. They then showed the video of him causing it and i believe last i read he ws banned from that trackday org (to my best recollection).

Guy that got hit was injured quite abit.

It amazes me when people deny like that. Sometimes justice can't be served, but in this case justice pulled through. Dude clearly needs an adjustment.

let me rephrase....enter the track at your own risk. no cars, no traffic, no pedestrians....BUT most definitely morons who think they are fast and skilled, but they are not.

For what most TD orgs I've been to tell you, the rider taking the video was at fault. He was passing the other rider and he should have been more careful.

That second vid is what scares me about riding level 2 or B class. I have seen too many close calls and have almost been pushed off the track by some coming in too fast on the inside where he should never have been to begin with.

On the 20th at TWS (Texas World Speedway) I had a guy I came up on at turn 6 and he was going slower. I followed him til I could safely pass him cause he was all over the place. After turn 11, I was gonna go ahead and go around him but he saw me and crouched down and hit it and ran right off the track. If I would have tried a pass, he would have accelerated part me cause he was on a 1000 and I am on a 600 and he would have done the same thing.

I might be done with level 2 after that.

Tejano, if indeed you are doing sub 2 min at TWS (Texas World Speedway), you should not be riding level 2 or intermediate.
