Coolster 125 pit bike?

Well this guy wants to trade my 96 CR125 for his brand new coolster 125cc...I am just trying to teach my wife on how to ride and I made a bad choice on getting the Cr125. I dont want to make another bad choice....

He wants a straight even trade..worth it? What are the quality on these pit bikes?

I can get you a coolster 125 for $425.00 new. Your CR 125 is worth at least $1000 if it runs well.

NOT A GOOD DEAL

On the other hand, a 125cc four stroke semi-auto is a great bike to learn on, and the Coolster is not a bad choice, they hold up pretty well, but long term reliability is not the best, that's why they cost $425, not $2425 like a Yamaha or Honda.

I wish I would keep it...I got to many things going on and for some reason that CR125 scares me more than my zx14.
