I report to work at 2 pm and ride 42 miles to get there (all frwy). I wear a mesh jacket and mesh riding pants over my short pants. I’ve started soaking my jacket sleeves and pants from the knee down with water just before I go. The evaporative cooling keeps me pretty darn comfortable for about half the trip. After that the water’s gone and it’s hot again.

I don't know why you're all complaining. Atleast it isn't raining and then sunny and then raining and then sunny...like it usually is. The weather is actually very nice

As a 100% cager, I don't have to worry about the heat...AC! Yeah! :p haha

Dude, nobody sweats more than me in this heat. There's no way I would be able to handle a motorcycle ride/gear with this heat. Seriously, I would be faint.

that's a good idea! We used spray bottles to dampen our bedsheets when I was a kid (before the days we could afford an air conditioner). Ride to work everyday at 5:30pm and it's hot as .

Pffft! I got soaked riding home today going through downtown around 6PM. The one day I have to ride my bike to work and it decides to rain...

It did make for a cooler ride home though.

It was hot as but we had a blast. Keep moving and it felt good. About every mile or so sit up and unzi[p the jacket about 4-5 inches to let the air in. Not bad until we got into town and hit the lights. I leave early and ride for a while... It is sweet. fck cold weather
