Whats Crackin People

I am new here as you can tell. I was recommended to this site from a friend that races bikes.

I am extremely interested in bikes and was wondering if anyone here could help me make the right decision on what I should look for and buy. I am about to take the MSF class here at San Jac because that is the closest place to my area.

All knowledge and advice is appreciated.

Josh

nah not going to ask how to wheelie I think I can figure that out on my own LOL and not ready to try that anyway.

And what interests me the most about bikes is the adrenaline rush. The respect that bikers have for one another, and just know that you are the only one in control of the bike with the wind in your hair. hehe

Is there a way to get notified when people reply to your threads or posts?

Well I was told that I should look at the CBR rather than a GSXR if I get a sport bike but I am also 6'4 and was kinda thinking about getting a cruiser or chopper but I am not sure if I would find one of those that I could afford

Well cruiser wise I was thinking more of a chopper just cause I like to be different. But at this second I don't have much but I make on average about 1200 every two weeks. Of course I still have to get my license and actually learn to ride correctly so I don't screw up my bike.

Advice: anyone who says get a (anything with R in the title) is not really your friend, it's someone who wants to get a cheap bike after you wreck it from having the tire break loose on you, or the brakes lock up too.

i don't think chopper would be good for a beginner. you should probably get a little cruiser first. the one train460 is selling would be perfect.
