F3 Issue

Starts and idles great at 2k rpm's with the choke on. As soon as you turn the choke off or touch the gas it dies. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to operating temp and when its there you can gas it up a bit with the choke on but it spits pretty flames out the exhaust and you have to keep revving it or it will die. Any thoughts/suggestions?

MIne was bad off when i got it. (zx7r)

Had to pull the bards and clean them, main jets and pilot jets, check the floats, synched carbs...... ran fine after that
