Pretty Cool

anybdy ever heard of todd seeley? http://www.geocities.com/cyclejumper...oddseeley.html

me and a guy from work go to check out this bike for sale. A customer from work said she has a bunch of bikes for sale that use to belong to her brother. We get there and iam looking at the name on the bikes and the buggys and started thinking i have seen this name before. We picked up a old cr 500 for $1,100 that is very clean. went back to work and looked him up on the net. Turns out he left all his bikes and buggy's to his sister. I thought this was pretty cool that we can get are hands on this stuff. should have the bike running tomorrow once i clean the carb. She said she would be willing to sell us any of his bikes we wanted. there are a few more cr 500's in there

Seeley, Todd - this very talented and professional distance jumper from Florida died on Saturday, July 25, 1998 when he was jumping a quad ramp to ramp at Buck Motorsports in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As he rode up the narrow launch ramp, the quad's left side wheels dropped off the side. He tried to avoid the protective apron, but his shoulder caught it, flipping him, and he slapped the ground hard. He was listed as the world record holder for the longest ramp to ramp jump at one time.
i found the info above on Todd Seeley from this site: http://www.johnnyairtime.com/crashing_records.htm

Wow,

Hard to imagine some of those guys could go through those kinds of crashes and get right back in the saddle when they heal up.
