Looks like a triumph rocket 3 motor (cant see the other side to be sure) in some weird bike, with a really set of tires.

Yes I'm serious. I had them on my bike, still have one for the front. The rear sidewall had cracks and dry rot after 4 months, the front just loves to slide around A LOT anytime it hits the lines or any tar snakes. Plus its quite numb feeling.
