Just curious, why do the gsxr guys call kawi's pieces of ? Is it cause they are mad that kawi came out with a bike that weighs the same or less and performs better in every aspect in every class than the gsxr's?? Just trying to understand. Im not trying to get into an argument about this but the gsxrs are overrated IMO. I bought one because of all the rants i hear about the gsxrs being the but when i got it, i realized it wasnt so great. It was a nice bike but just not my taste i guess.

The ZX6R 636 will rip any GSXR 600 a new and will even hang easily with a gsxr 750. I know, i owned a 05 gsxr 600 with a slip on and my buddy had an 03 636 bone stock with 24,000 miles and we raced and he put a good 3 1/2 lengths on me. Im not saying im the absolute best rider and neither is he but neither one of us are bad riders so it was a good fair race.

I could go into more and more details but point of the story is that my buddies 04 636 rapes 05 cbr 600rr's, 05 r6, gsxr 600's so it seems clear to me. These are the bikes we ride with so i have seen all of these races and he wins every time. Some of the 600's have some nice mods and his just has a slip on.

I dont have any problems with the yamahas. I really dont have any problem with any bike. All of them are nice! I just prefer the 636 myself after riding my buddies 636's and then buying my own. I cant really say anything bad about any of them but my vote goes to the 636.

Dude I know you are not saying that you prefer riding a 636 then R1," Man you must be Crazy". "I mean very Crazy". I have had three R1s 98 , 2000
and my current bike 04. all of those bikes are wicked. A as a matter fact the 98 & 99 R1 was the break in point for long wheelie highway wheelie.think about it before 98 people was doing wheelie but not as long. I don't know how long any of you have been riding. but the R1 is the and I stand by that until the End.
