I think this is the 1 i heard bout tonite, guy was speeding in traffic lost contol of the bike and flew around 30 ft hitting a car...was really bad from what i've heard.. he was screaming for help, blood all around..
sad hopefully he survives..

My GF rides her own '07 HD Softail, and I have my '99 FXDX and I really think she gets more PO'ed whenever we see people riding without gear. Both of us have never, nor will we ever ride without gear...

saw a guy today going over 100 weaving in and out on 610 near Westheimer with no gear and a helmet strapped to the back.

Many have different excuses not to wear proper gear, but like ThomasNinja said, you're bettering your odds when you do.

that's really a sad story and it sucks that sometimes people have to learn the hard way about this kind of thing. i have a few friends kind of like that and i try and try to tell them wear your cuz one day your gonna wish you did.

i took one of em to chads benefit to maybe help them realize that does happen and hopefully he realizes that wearing gear does help your odds and i don't want to go to their funeral because of something he could have possibly prevented.
