not to smart

i seen a dumb on 1488 today on a sport bike wearing a tee shirt and shorts and shoes with no socks and no helmet pulling out of a gas station and trying to block traffic. so his other friends can get in front of him.

On one of our rides we were next to 290 at the gas station, along pulls up a kid with sunglasses, no shirt, tennis and jeans with a RC51...

I'm all for a riding requirement of wearing gear for a 10-20% discount on my insurance just to offset these other morons.
