STORMY RACING

i just got word that it's storming in Kilgore, so that means at least that the grounds may be wet for the weekends racing! hope it stops before i get there today!

yeah, it's storming badly up there, our office in Kilgore has no electricity, no phone lines, nothing. They called me to inform me b/c when i talked to them yesterday they said, no chance of rain, it's hot, and it's humid. and now this.. i gotta get my rain coat.

A whole wharehouse full..






Looking at radar it looks like thats the only place it is raining in Texas right now. James is washing down the track for fresh rubber.... I have not been to Oak hill in 23 years. Is there a place to park a motorhome on solid ground?? Anyone know??

ehhhhhhh depends on what you consider 'solid ground'. It's pretty much grass everywhere.

In nac we only got a little rain this AM, it was not too wet. Dry enough for me to cut grass with a tractor with no problems. Just HOT AND HUMID!

Ok thanks James. Im not going to pull the big rig just myClass c and a small open trailer this time. Trying to save some money on fuel. Dam semi cost $1000.00 every where i go.
