So...I gather that someone inadvertantly grabbed the wrong motor and now won't return it?

It sounds like the some responsibility may fall on the people who handed over the wrong engine to the wrong people.

Dang Dustin. I hope it was all a misunderstanding and you get your engine back. If I were you I would contact the guy one more time and tell him of your intentions. If that doesn't yeild any results, call the police. Hopefully you and he can get it sorted out with getting the police involved. Good Luck.

its far from a 2nd degree felony!!! If anything it would prolly be a state jail felony and depending on the price of the motor the highest "I Think" it would be is a State jail Felony

it would barely be a felony period. felony theft is 1500 to 20k and unless you have the reciepts for that motor and the work done to it it aint worth 1000.

For those of you that are Sunny's customers, this has absolutely nothing to do with him. Period. He has done nothing but help me and every other customer he has to the absolute greatest. This has to do with a customer that picked up the wrong motor, and was alerted about it and has yet to rectify their half. Sunny was not at fault in the matter in any way, he'll still have my business for as long as I'm riding a motorcycle.
