954 is cutting out

my 954 cuts out when u get past 6 grand....it was sitiing in a salvage yard for a while when i got it...i changed the spark plugs, cleaned ther filter,and throtlle bodies....wat the is wrong with it..ill start haulin and it will just die...wtf help!!!
