Oh, man, do I remember those. Although I didn't partake of the corn field, I did crash and slide under the barbed wire fence at the end of the front straight. These excursions were scenic, but since they weren't actually part of the road course, I can't count them.

Not boring:
TMS roval (in a car)
TWS (Texas World Speedway)
MSR Cresson
ECR

Boring:
TMS infield (again, in a car.) Two straights with a chicane each, two 180 rights, and very short overall. Granted neither chicane can be taken flat-out, but it's close. And with the short track length it all gets rather old rather quickly.
