Just went down!

like the title says I just went down .... thank I had my gear on (helmet, leather jacket, gloves, boots).... performed like a champ! my only wish is that I would have had my knee protectors on.....my beloved bike....lets just say she's gone. In the er now bc of some slight rash on my arm and my knees r tore up. also think my left hand may be broken. overall I'm thankful I'm ok and had my gear....post pics later. be safe out there ya'll and gear up!

Im thankful you're feeling ok; but it will hurt much more tomorrow after your body rests, stops producing heat in the joints and you awaken.

Heal up properly so you dont have permanent reprocussions.

Well champ you sounded like your in good spirit, which is always good. Sorry about the bike, I know youve put alot of time and money into it to get it right where you want it, but........... happens. Crashing happens and I could tell by the sound of your voice you were very aware of that. Happens to the best of us, we all fck up at least once.

got home about 3 hrs ago... now the pain is starting to set in. having the rash scrubed wasn't a good feeling. good news is no fractures, just a couple bruised ribs and the rash...hand is still killing me though. I can't imagine what shape I would be in if it wasn't for the gear...

So what were you doing?

Good that you had the gear. Hand injuries suck due to the amount of nerves there and the fingers.
