anyone have a rear stand and chain tool i can borrow?

someday i'll have my own rear stand... someday.
does anyone in spring or the woodlands area have a rear stand and/or chain tool i can borrow, or buy from you for cheapness?
im about to order a chain and sprocket, but i want to hold off on it if i cant get the goods. i love working on my bike and dont want to pay another dude to do it for me just because i dont have a stand and chain tool.

anyways, any help would be appreciated.
i inspected my sprocket when i took the water out of my engine and yikes, i have a couple of broken teeth!
