It gets on my nerves, when people/cops/news find ANY way to make the seriously injured or possibly dead biker at fault when a car PULLS OUT in front of them. Bottom line, a car pulled out into oncoming traffic, irregardless to whether or not the oncoming was speeding
It's an emotionaly based statement that displays ignorance of physics and human physiology.

No it really wasn't and i'm far from ignorant Ulric so choose ur words very carefully when u decide to reply to ANYTHING I type BISH.

Had this been the collision ur ASSuming it to be, BOTH NON HELMET WEARING RIDERS (as mentioned by I think Victoria) WOULD BE DEAD BASED on physics and human physiology.

I've SEEN what hitting a car while drag racing WITH GEAR on can do to not only the car but the bike AND THE PERSONs body. Neither rider was doing the 100+ MPH ur trying to say it was.

Make ur ASSumptions on whatever u like and I will do the same, but the name calling and such can be shoved in the same place ur head is... right up ur tampered a$$hole. have a good day, lame and dickless.

There's a big difference between racing and speeding. A race is a contest of speed. Speeding is just exceeding a limit.

I always thought that the "contest of speed" law was stupid. Just let it fall under blanket reckless driving.

READ. I said the comment was/is Ignorant. Anyone connotation or 'insult' derived from that is due to the perception of the reader.

Go back, cut/paste where I stated they were doing 100mph Candy. 50mph is fast/excessive speed in a 35mph zone.
