There's probably some legal reason they don't say "Police are trying to determine what charges to bring". Being criminally stupid isn't something they can file a charge on necessarily.

It's drivers like this that make me always check both ways on a one-way street.

There should be a lifetime ban on the driver's license of the SUV driver. No excuse for what she's done. Bus rider for life if there were any justice in the world, but it won't happen.

what blows my mind is that the city wants to have undercover cars to catch "aggressive" drivers, but they dont want to do anything to catch idiots that dont know how to drive. IMHO dumbass people cause more accidents than people that are speeding.

RIP to the poor guy that is gone due to someone letting a dumb woman drive.

From a friend of mine:

This was the guy who lived across the street from us at our old house in Friendswood. Those of you who met at my house in the days of HamWed likely met him.

His name was Kenny Flolo. He owned an industrial shop near Cliff's [British USA] (on Indiana) and hoped to start a side-business building custom choppers. His dad owns the ToolFlo business on the corner of Hanson and Tallyho across from our parent company, Universal Weather & Aviation.

Notice in the article it says the driver was backing up on the entrance ramp of Fuqua. Freaking idiots. She needs to do jail time for this.

the head I work for Universal Weather & Aviation and I passed by the accident on Saturday. I couldn't tell exactly what happened because I was on the freeway. Bless your friend, the fallen rider, and his family.
