Turn 1 TWS (Texas World Speedway) reckless riding.

This is one of the main reasons I try to steer clear of B class at TWS (Texas World Speedway). There is always someone doing some weird shenanigans in that turn like going wide and and cutting across to the inside or vise versa.

I came across this vid on Youtube and its exactly what I mean. Watch at about :30 as he cuts from the inside to the very outside and back to the very inside again.

That could have turned ugly if someone would have been coming into that turn on the inside as that guy cut across.

The guy filming was definetly in the wrong.
Slower paced riders are supposed to stay low down the straight. Instead he used it to pass and then run wide in turn 1.
Coulda been very ugly.

Then he almost runs up the on a guy coming out of hot pit!

I guess that would be one of the risks associated with doing trackdays.

I learned that my first Ride Smart track day at TWS (Texas World Speedway) some 5 years ago.
It was explained in riders meeting and class. Faster riders take the high line.
This guy was obviously more concerned about getting some vid of him passing people down the straight than following instructions or the safety of others.
Fvckin track day squid.

Anyway, making a mistake is one thing but a douchebag move like that is just wacky.

If that guy made me crash, I would introduce his face to the business end of a Alpinestars boot.

even down the back straight on that vid, as soon as he sees slower guys in front after he straightens the bike up, he dodges right, and swoops to the inside hard and strafes all th way to the outside in about 2 seconds. very reckless.

True, but how many veteran riders have been taken out by a careless rider shooting across the track in one second when the more experienced rider tried to pass.

I am always anticipating, sometimes the unexpected happens like squidie here darting across the track.

I mean, this guy was on the inside and just like that shoots to the very widest point possible on the track crossing the path of the more experienced riders.

But I hear what you are saying, just sometimes you dont see it coming.

All I gotta say is the camera bike is slow.. and he's a weak rider.. he's doing roughly 2:15 on a big bike.
I was doing 1:52 on a 99 GSXR 600 (built)
I hope this isn't their instructional video
